The HCDP County Assembly is made up of registered Democrats who are selected during the biennial HCDP Reorganization. It consists of precinct leaders, district leaders, officers, affiliated groups representatives, and the rules committee chair.
The Executive Committee consists of two representatives from each of the nine Hamilton County Commission districts plus officers, affiliated groups representatives, and the rules committee chair.
The HCDP officers are elected at the reorganization meeting by the General Assembly.
HCDP has two standing committees who help manage critical areas of operation for Finance and for Bylaws. In addition ad hoc committees work on Communications, VoteBuilder, and Community Outreach.
Caucuses are groups that form around a particular perspective. For example, there is the newly formed Democratic Black Caucus.
